IBA puts in all efforts to showcase products in their original state and color with no defect in the item, if any important information about the product needs to be displayed it will be available in product details only.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by emailing us immediately on; this includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back to your account within 2 business days.
Cancellation would not be accepted if your order has already been dispatched.


When can I expect new product(s) to be listed on your website?

Is there somewhere I can go to view the product live prior to purchasing?
Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store and, for safety reasons, we cannot allow customers in our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding the product(s), please do not hesitate to contact us.





How do I initiate a return process?
Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process. You can email us on or.
Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at Indianbeautifulart.
Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process a refund.


What is the return notice period?
Indianbeautifulart has a no questions asked returns policy. We will gladly accept back any unused product in its original packing within 30 days of you receiving your product.
You will need to inform us of any damage/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.


Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?

  1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Products/ Items should be UNUSED
  3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original, labels and invoices
  4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit
  5. Any products damaged post delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return
  6. Indianbeautifulart would not refund you for return shipping charges. Return postage will be bear by buyer on all returns.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the product by Indianbeautifulart, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse.
Return shipping charges would not be refundable by as all the return charges would be bear buy buyer itself.

How will I receive the refund?
We would refund you the amount through PayPal to your account and refund transaction id would be mailed to you directly on your email.



When will my product arrive?
Products are shipped the same day or in 48hours the order is placed and would arrive within the time option chosen by the buyer.

What are the custom charges?
All the custom charges have to be borne by recipient in their country as charges vary from country to country.
(*In our experience small packets or low volume shipments rarely have any import custom duties)

Is my packet safe in transit?
We make every effort to make sure the packet does not get damaged during transit but in rare case if such a incident takes place please contact us and keep the original packing with you. IBA will give best solution possible at the earliest.

Which service would be used to ship my order?
We offer 2 modes of shipment: India Postal registered shipping services and Expedited shipping services like, DHL, Aramex, and FedEx etc.
All orders below $50 are shipped using India post postal service which takes 20-40 days for delivery and all orders above $50 are shipped using expedite shipping service which would deliver your parcel in 3-6 working days.

How can I track my order?
We would mail you the tracking details immediately after your parcel have been dispatched on your email. If you parcel have been shipped through expedite shipping service then you can track your parcel on the shipping companies like, or any other but in case your parcel have been shipped using India post service then for most of the countries this service is not traceable but for few they are, so you can mail us requesting the same.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow us mentioned days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately by dropping us an email on



What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal as it is the fastest and the safest mode of payment.
If you do not have any PayPal account then you can pay through your credit card, debit card, visa or and master card also without creating any PayPal account.
